Payment and Insurance Options
As a courtesy, we will file claims on your behalf with your insurance company. Patients with Medicare, HMOs, or PPOs, please contact your Primary Care Physician (PCP) prior to your visit to obtain your doctor’s order. Your physician needs only to fax a request for a “hearing evaluation” to our office at (636) 778-9232. If your insurance does not pay for office visits or supplies, if you have a copay, or if you are uninsured, we ask that services be paid before leaving the office.
As a courtesy to you, our office accepts cash, personal checks, and credit cards. We work with CareCredit to offer financing for your hearing expenses, and we will be glad to provide you with further information about this.
